About Dale Thompson

Dale went into heating and plumbing straight from school and has been at it ever since — eighteen years, most of it around Plymouth. He set up his own limited company in 2022 and works for himself today.

Most of his work comes from repeat customers and recommendations. He is Gas Safe registered for domestic natural gas and LPG, VAT registered, and holds public liability insurance.

How he works

Dale does the work himself, with a trusted subcontractor when a job needs a second pair of hands. So you deal with the same person throughout, and if something is not right afterwards, you know who to ring.

He gives straight answers. If a repair will do the job, he will say so rather than pushing a replacement — and if a boiler is beyond saving, he will tell you that too.

What he does

Boiler installations and replacements are the main focus. He also covers servicing and repairs, central heating, radiators and controls, power flushing, landlord gas safety checks, LPG work, gas cookers, hobs and fires, and general plumbing. Availability

Dale offers 24/7 availability and takes emergency and out-of-hours call-outs. He aims to get back to you straight away, but response and attendance times are not guaranteed — they depend on where he is and how busy he is.
